So I am reviving my mommy blog, http://supermommychronicles.blogspot.com, because I was struck with inspiration and motivation the past week. I totes love it when that happens so now, I am making the most out of it.

Welcome, stalker!

I've forgotten about this tracking thing I have in the blog. I just remembered I had it literally an hour ago and after minutes of browsing through my "visitors", I realized that there's someone stalking me here. I know the details of this stalker and if I'm not mistaken, I actually know who s/he is.

So to you, dear stalker, welcome. I've told you about this blog years ago. I bet you're thankful I didn't delete it when you told me to. Haha! Enjoy my thoughts which are mostly about another guy - who I am not dating, BTdubs - so... there.

Woohoo!

Imagine me yelling "Woohoo!" with my right fist pumping; That's how I reacted when I saw the results of the Adidas Energy Boost blog contest in Nuffnang Philippines' Facebook and Twitter accounts:

I know it's no first prize but with the amount of people - actual bloggers - who joined this contest, I am among the top three picks! Woohoo-with-matching-fist-pump-worthy talaga! Plus, it is a writing contest so it somehow gave me the much-needed confidence boost when it comes to my "writing skills".

Something great.

I was really surprised to see an e-mail sent to me last Friday. I just read it a few hours ago and I had to literally read it three times before I actually believed it. I didn't think I'd actually receive e-mails like that for this blog and Supermommy Chronicles.

I know that I've been working as a freelance writer for quite some time now and it's only now that I honestly feel like what I write is being acknowledged not only by my friends but by some marketing groups, too. To think this blog isn't specialized at all... I'm still feeling the high!

There are so many great things, big AND small, that have been happening to me and my chosen path that I can't thank God enough for all of them. Basta, Lord, thank You talaga!

New look.

Blog's got a new look! I love how simple it looks although I'm not really an orange person but that's the only color that seem to compliment my newly-installed banner so I figured, "What the hell?" and just went on to use the color orange, anyway. I have the same problem here as in my mommy blog: I don't know how to center align the banner.

All in all, though, I love the fresh, new look that's summer-y (I know I'm late for summer but it doesn't matter). It's easier to look at. I think.

Edit: I lost the Nuffnang ad above the banner and now, I forgot how to put it back there. Great.

Yes, I know, I know.

I have a goal this year to actually make money out of my blogs online. That means I need more traffic in my blogs and that means I need more quality blog posts that people are going to relate to or be interested in... That's why the mommy blog is up again. Haha! :)) This place is for utter nonsense stuff that enter my mind on a normal basis... The Unsent Letters blog might also be used as a means of money-making but I should really get rid of the vulgar words there first before I set it up for "business".

It's back! I decided to bring it back to life because I can't possibly merge my mommy thoughts here at this blog because my thoughts here are too un-mommy-like. So, anyway, I will be updating that blog about all things Brianna again which is timely, too, because I am kinda panicking over her birthday party as of the moment.

So I changed how my blog looks like again. This nifty template caught my eye and immediately changed my previous template to this one. It looks so neat and so grown-up. I think I will stick to this template for a while...that is until Blogger adds another look that is more mature than this one.

I'm so fickle-minded.

Finally, Blogger has an iPhone application!

Since the moment I started using this phone, I've been praying for Blogger to come up with an iPhone application and now, it's finally here! Thank you, App Store! Now I don't have a reason not to blog anymore. :)

Regretting the impulsive decision...

I think I made a mistake by deleting my college blog in Xanga a few years back. I wanted to get it back again but I read in the Xanga FAQs last night that I won't be able to get it back anymore once I delete it. I had the lamest of reasons why I deleted my blog: Someone posted something I didn't like on my tagboard. I know it's lame but I didn't know how to delete a comment on the tagboard then, okay? I know I was stupid by not even thinking of removing only the tagboard.

I'M REGRETTING MY DECISION, OKAY?

What's ironic is it's URL was xanga.com/noregretsss.

Ugh. Why did I have to be sooooo damn immature?!

I have been dumb blogging.

I have all the time in the world but I can't seem to compose a decent enough blog entry to save my life. I have this blog and I have another blog - which I thought I could fill up rather quickly since it is solely devoted to letters I wanted to send to people and we all know I want to tell a hell lot of people a hell lot of things - that I couldn't update with insightful entries. All I do is post pictures like I do with Tumblr. Or update them like Twitter. You know, with a maximum of 140 characters?

Ugh. My mind is shrinking, I can feel it. This is one of the reasons why I think I need to get back to work ASAP: To use my brain on a daily basis. This might result to more reading and writing for me. MIGHT.

Oh, and maybe I should get a laptop...or a netbook at the very least so I can bring it with me anywhere and get to update whenever I get stuff to think about. There are days when I have a lot on my mind and blogging and/or writing seems the only logical and therapeutic thing to do but can't because I can't let Brianna sit still while in front of the PC. I only get to "blog" whenever she's asleep, which is 1 1/2 hours max. Tulog-manok.

But all in all, I blame this on the "awesomeness" of Tumblr.

I've been meaning to set this blog up months ago pa.

I was trying to get this thing started months before the baby girl was born. Didn't get to do it then because I got scared, thinking people might realize they are the ones I was referring to. Now, I couldn't care less. Though I'm writing the letters/notes/e-mails as "Dear YOU" so as not to embarrass them since it is a public blog.

New photo and description.

 
New photo and description is up. I put the purple ribbon there because I am pro-RH. Still didn't let go of the "I AM GREAT!" statement because I want an affirmation with the picture. I would like to believe that I am engaged to be married, yes, even without the rock yet.

Please forgive the crappy screen shot. I guess the obsessive-compulsive part of my description is a lie.

New look.

I changed my blog's look just 'cause I have time on my hands since the baby girl is sleeping. I kinda went for the "matured" look because I got tired of the pa-cute look my blog previously had. Also chose a dark background because I've had it light since I first published it. What I love most is this Cardo font that Blogger now has in its default fonts. It's so girly without being overly pa-cute.

Now, I shall change my photo and my description...

Simplified.

Made my blog look simple. I got tired of the super girly-ness of it all but I stuck with the color pink. Also transferred all the gadgets to the other side just for the hell of it. Will prolly make a new banner when Brianna grows up because that'll be the time when I can have all the time I want for myself. For now, I have to be contented with how it looks.

Edit: I'm still not used to the way my blog now looks. I find reading the entries part kinda weird.

Oh, yeah.

I merged my baby blog here so I only update one place. KTNXBYE.
