I'm sure you've had one of those days when you wished you could grab an overnight bag and a few loose change, get on a bus and go to wherever that bus takes you. Today's that day for me. Dealing with the whole full-time work-from-home, single full-time mom situation does that to me a few times a year.
No, I don't intend to leave my daughter without a mom for the rest of her life. I just think it'll be nice to go on a trip for at least 3 days on my own (okay, maybe with the boyfriend or a few friends) to recharge. I feel like my reserve battery's on 2% and I might just shutdown any time now.
